Staff member at the branch dealt with me well when I finally received my watch back, very disappointing to have to be without my daily watch for such a long period of time (approximately 6 months) which overly exceeded the initial time estimated it would take for my Rolex to be serviced, granted there are factors that they cant fully factor in, received no up dated throughout the 6 months other then one e mail with a upward revision to the initial quoted price for the service, final bill came in at 975 to service the S/STEEL Yachtmaster 2, tbf the watch looks pretty much brand new again after 5 years of daily wear, cant fault that, however the lack of communication and organisation throughout the process very much took me by surprise, So to sum up, If you are going to drop your watch into them for a service Dont expect the date given for it to be returned to actually happen (the watch comes back when it comes back) Dont expect any updates along the way, unless you contact the branch Dont expect any continuity of dealing with the same staff member if you dont get the watch returned back to you within any kind of reasonable date, dont expect the least amount empathy from the employees,

Just a great company to deal with. Regardless of the size of purchase you are made to feel like the biggest spender going. They are friendly, offer great advice and don't out any pressure on you. A warm friendly welcome and nothing is too much trouble.

I called this branch enquiring about a watch I have been wanting for a long time. Spoke on the phone with Louis and he arranged an appointment in store. He was able to rearrange this appointment multiple times due to my never ending last-minute work commitments. Louis was great and knew exactly what I was after, very thorough and knowledgeable. He kept to his promise and was able to offer me the watch I wanted in a very short space of time. Very professional but personal service. I have already recommended this store to family and friends. From the point of walking in and being greeted by security officers to all members of staff making you feel welcome, to complimentary drinks, everything was amazing. With special thanks to Louis.

We were well looked after in the Store and have understandably been placed on a waiting list for a Rolex watch 279384RBR. This is for my wife's Silver Wedding Anniversary and will then become an heirloom. I have sent a couple of emails and phoned but have not had any response to date to confirm it it will be available for mid August to celebrate our anniversary as its a special occasion - perhaps someone could kindly advise.
